Hypnautica Fire 

Rynn (they/she) is a fire performance artist specializing in dragon staff. Rynn began studying fire spinning as an art form in March of 2025. Though they are now based in Columbia, MO, Rynn's journey started while living in Houston. There, they were able to learn under the incredible Yet Torres (co-founder of the Renegade Carnies). 

Hypnautica Fire is a regular act at the Dandy Lion Cafe's variety shows in Ashland and sometimes collaborates with local fire performance group, the Ultraviolets. Rynn's performances are defined by their boundary-breaking combinations, fluid footwork, prop variety, and mesmerizing stage presence. Want to have Hypnautica enchant guests at your event? Rynn provides lessons in fire safety as well as various fire props, allowing students to build a safe and solid relationship with the flames. Students can expect to practice beautiful moves, safely touch and transfer fire, and become confident with safety tools. At the end of each lesson, students get the opportunity to spin a lit prop and get a video of their progress! Schedule yours here.
